Are you in your 8th semester? Do you need a document for the extension of your residence permit?
Please submit the below form to your Academic Advisor. They will fill in the necessary information for you.

Your Student Success Managers offer individual and personal appointments. You can choose if you would like to meet online or in person. They will support you with any question regarding your studies. e.g.:
- administrative aspects
- academic regulations
- courses registration
- your course schedule and study plan
- exams and exam registration
- tuition fees and financial issues
⚠ Please note: We do not offer open office hours. If you wish to speak to your Student Success Manager in person, you need to make an appointment beforehand. If your question is urgent, please contact us by phone. We will not receive students who arrive at our office unannounced and expect you to comply without discussion if our staff ask you to leave. Please always state your name, program, intake and matriculation number. Your student Success Managers will get back to you as soon as they can but please mind our office hours and allow for at least 5 working days before following up.

Scholarships
We offer four different scholarships to our enrolled students:
- Best of Class Award
- Social Responsibility Award
- Student Project Grant
- German Language Merit Scholarship

If you are interested in applying, please stay informed by regularly visiting our scholarship website, where you will find the scholarships’ regulations, application details and our application portal.
Remember to read the regulations carefully and thoroughly, to prepare your every application well and especially to mind the application deadline!
Should you be the recepient of another scholarship, please make sure that receiving one of our scholarships and awards will not contradict with the regulations of the scholarship you are already receiving and thus might cause you to loose funding from your first scholarship.
